  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

  • Pinch of cayenne pepper
  • 5.3 ounces feta cheese
  • 1/4 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup jarred roasted red peppers
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment.
  2. Carefully slice each salmon fillet lengthwise to create pockets.
