  • 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
  • 1/4 cup artichokes, chopped
  • 1/4 cup shredded parmesan cheese
  • 1/8 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Red pepper flakes, to taste
  • 1 egg (for egg wash)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix together spinach, artichokes, parmesan cheese, cream cheese, mayonnaise, minced garlic, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes until combined.
  3. Cut the puff pastry sheet in half and spread the filling evenly on one half. Place the other half on top.
  4. Slice into six strips; twist each strip gently into spirals.
  5. Brush with beaten egg for a golden finish.
  6. Bake on a parchment-lined baking sheet for 22-24 minutes until golden brown.
