2 cups water
2 black tea bags or 1 tbsp loose leaf black tea
1 apple, thinly sliced (or 1/4 cup dried apple)
2 cinnamon sticks
1/4 tsp ground nutmeg (or a pinch of freshly grated nutmeg)
1 star anise pod (optional)
Maple syrup (optional)
Instructions
