  • 1 medium white onion
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 500g ground beef
  • 1 tablespoon tomato puree
  • 80ml apple vinegar
  • 500g tomato passata
  • 240ml beef stock
  • 200g spaghetti
  • 6 crusty white rolls
  • Shredded mozzarella cheese

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet and sauté diced onion until golden.
  2. Add minced garlic and ground beef; cook until browned.
  3. Stir in tomato puree, apple vinegar, tomato passata, beef stock, and herbs. Simmer for 25 minutes.
  4. Hollow out the bread rolls and mix melted butter with garlic paste and parsley to brush inside and outside.
  5. Cook spaghetti until al dente; then toss with sauce.
  6. Fill the bread bowls with pasta mixture, top with mozzarella cheese, and bake at 350°F (175°C) for about 10 minutes until golden.
