  • 1 bell pepper, diced
  • 2 tablespoons chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt (adjust to taste)

  • 1 cup beef or vegetable broth

Instructions

  1. Brown the meat: In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef or turkey for about 5-7 minutes until browned. Drain excess fat and transfer to the slow cooker.
