  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes

  • 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons red apple vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
