Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 lbs chicken tenders (or thighs/breasts, cut into 3-inch pieces)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1.5 tbsp dry ranch seasoning
  • 1 tsp dried dill
  • 2 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper
  • 0.5 cup unsalted butter
  • 8 garlic cloves (minced)
  • 0.5 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tbsp hot sauce (adjust to taste)
  • 2 tsp red pepper flakes
  • 0.33 cup fresh parsley (minced)
  • 1 tbsp dry ranch seasoning (for sauce)
  • 1 tsp dried dill (for sauce)
  • 0.5 tsp onion powder (for sauce)

Instructions

  1. Soak wooden skewers in water for about 30 minutes to prevent burning.
  2. In a bowl, combine ranch seasoning, dill, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper, and olive oil. Add chicken pieces and toss to coat.
  3. Thread marinated chicken onto soaked skewers tightly but not overcrowded.
  4. For the sauce: Melt butter in a saucepan over low heat; add garlic and sauté until fragrant. Stir in Parmesan cheese and hot sauce.
  5. Reserve some sauce for basting while cooking the skewers.
  6. Cook skewers: Air fry at 400°F for 5-6 minutes total; bake at 450°F on a foil-lined sheet; or grill each side for about 5-6 minutes.
  7. Drizzle with reserved sauce before serving.
