  • 2 cans Pillsbury Grands! Cinnamon Rolls
  • ¼ cup granulated sugar
  • 1 ½ teaspoons pumpkin pie spice (divided)
  • ½ cup packed brown sugar
  • ½ cup unsalted butter (melted)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Spray a 12-cup bundt pan with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. Open the cinnamon rolls and set aside the icing. Cut each roll into four pieces.
  3. In a resealable bag, combine granulated sugar and 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice. Add cut cinnamon rolls, seal the bag, and shake until coated.
  4. In a bowl, mix brown sugar and melted butter until combined.
  5. Place coated cinnamon roll pieces in the bundt pan. Drizzle with the brown sugar mixture.
  6. Bake for 40-50 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
  7. Cool for five minutes before inverting onto a serving plate.
  8. Stir remaining pumpkin spice into reserved icing and drizzle over warm monkey bread.
