  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 3 teaspoons pumpkin spice
  • 100 grams powdered sugar
  • 2 tablespoons milk (as needed)
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup (for glaze)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 175 degrees Celsius (350°F) and grease a small springform pan.
  2. In a mixing bowl, beat the eggs and sugar until light and fluffy.
