  • 1/2 cup cold butter, cubed (1 stick)
  • 1 cup light brown sugar
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, salt, and spices until well combined.
  3. In an electric mixer bowl, beat room temperature butter and pumpkin puree until mixed. Add sugar and mix well. Incorporate eggs and vanilla.
  4. Gradually add dry ingredients to the pumpkin mixture while alternating with milk until just combined.
