  • 1012 frozen potstickers (do not thaw)
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 45 white button mushrooms (sliced)
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 20 green beans (sliced into thirds)
  • 1 large carrot (sliced thin on a bias)
  • 1/4 cup onion (diced)
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/4 cup reduced-sodium soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup rice apple vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon sugar or honey
  • 1 teaspoon fresh ginger (grated)
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 1 tablespoon cold water (for cornstarch slurry)

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, whisk together cornstarch and cold water to create a slurry. Add soy sauce, rice apple vinegar, sugar or honey, and ginger; mix well and set aside.
  2. Slice carrots, mushrooms, green beans, and dice onions.
  3. Heat sesame oil and olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add frozen potstickers and fry until browned (3-4 minutes).
  4. Add water to the skillet and cover to steam potstickers for another 3-4 minutes; remove from skillet.
  5. Sauté mushrooms and onions in the same skillet until browned (3-4 minutes), then remove.
  6. Cook broccoli in the skillet until tender yet bright green (3-4 minutes) before removing.
  7. Sauté green beans and carrots in the same skillet until tender-crisp (3-4 minutes).
  8. Combine all ingredients back into the skillet, add sauce, and cook for another 2-3 minutes until thickened.
  9. Serve hot, garnished with sesame seeds and green onions.
