  • 5 scallions
  • 1 red chili pepper (optional)
  • ½ cup basil leaves
  • 3 Tbsp Tamari
  • 2 Tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 23 tsp maple syrup
  • 1 Tbsp toasted sesame seeds or crispy fried onions
