Ingredients

  • Yukon Gold potatoes
  • Heavy cream
  • Butter
  • Fresh rosemary
  • Salt
  • Black pepper
  • Better Than Bouillon Roasted Garlic Base
  • Grated parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Grease a baking dish with butter and sprinkle in some grated parmesan cheese.
  3. In a saucepan over low heat, combine heavy cream, butter, fresh herbs, salt, black pepper, and garlic base until warm. Stir in all but 1/4 cup of grated parmesan cheese.
  4. Slice potatoes thinly using a mandoline and layer them in the baking dish.
  5. Pour the infused cream over the potatoes and cover with greased aluminum foil. Bake for 45 minutes.
  6. Remove the foil and bake for another 20 minutes until golden brown; broil for an additional 4 minutes if desired.
