  • 1 tablespoon milk
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F.
  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, and pumpkin pie spice.
  3. In a large bowl, whisk eggs, pumpkin puree, vanilla extract, milk, and melted butter until smooth.
  4. Combine dry ingredients with wet ingredients gently until just mixed; avoid overmixing.
