  • 12 tablespoons (1530 milliliters) maple syrup
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Pinch ground cinnamon (plus more for garnish)
  • 3/4 cup (177 milliliters) milk (steamed, dairy or non-dairy)

Instructions

  1. In a wide mug, mix together the maple syrup, vanilla extract, and cinnamon. Pour in the hot espresso and stir until well combined.
  2. Hold the mug at a 45-degree angle and slowly pour in steamed milk to create a lovely foam layer on top.
