  • 8 to 10 ounces Chocolate Covered Toffee Chunks (cut from bars)
  • 1 cup Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips (optional)

Instructions

  2. Add eggs and optional espresso powder; mix until smooth.
  3. Fold in cocoa powder, flour, baking soda, cornstarch, and salt until combined.

  5. Roll cookie dough into six-ounce balls and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
