  • 250 g Hokkaido pumpkin
  • 1 red onion
  • 100 g feta cheese
  • 10 walnuts
  • 1 tablespoon thyme

  1. In a bowl, combine flour, olive oil, salt, egg yolk, and warm water to form a smooth dough. Let it rest for 30 minutes under a damp cloth.
  2. Preheat your oven to 220°C (428°F).
  3. Mix sour cream and crème fraîche in a bowl; season with salt, pepper, and nutmeg.
  4. Thinly slice the Hokkaido pumpkin and onion; crumble the feta cheese and chop the walnuts.
