  • ½ cup all-purpose flour
  • 1½ cups Italian-style panko breadcrumbs
  • 2 cups cherry tomatoes
  • 1½ cups fresh basil leaves
  • 1 burrata cheese
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • ½ tsp kosher salt
  • ¼ cup dry apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp lemon zest
  • Oil for shallow frying

Instructions

  1. Pound chicken breasts to an even thickness; season with salt and pepper.
