  • 1 cup powdered sugar (for the icing)
  • 12 tablespoons milk (for the icing)
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract (for the icing)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a 9×13-inch baking dish with grease or parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, mix melted butter and brown sugar until combined. Add eggs and vanilla; stir until smooth.
  3. Gently fold in flour and salt until just incorporated.
  4. In another bowl, combine brown sugar, cinnamon, and melted butter for the swirl mixture.
  5. Spread blondie batter into the prepared pan and dollop with cinnamon mixture; gently swirl with a knife.
  6. Bake for approximately 25–30 minutes until edges are golden and a toothpick comes out mostly clean. Let cool completely.
  7. For icing: Beat cream cheese until smooth; gradually add powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla until creamy. Drizzle over cooled blondies.
