  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes (to taste)
  • Salt and pepper (to taste)
  • 1 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • Fresh parsley (for garnish)
  • Lemon wedges (for serving)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, whisk together honey, olive oil, apple cider vinegar, garlic, oregano, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper to create the marinade.
  2. Place chicken breasts in a resealable bag or dish and pour marinade over them. Seal or cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes (ideally 2 to 4 hours).
  3. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Remove chicken from marinade and place in a baking dish. Top each breast with crumbled feta.
  4. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C).
