  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt (for crumb topping)
  • 1/4 cup melted unsalted butter (for crumb topping)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix together the flour, sugar, and salt for the crust. Cut in the cold butter until resembling coarse crumbs. Press into a lined baking pan.
  3. Toss sliced peaches with sugar, flour, lemon juice, and vanilla extract in another bowl; let sit.
