  • 1 onion, chopped
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 2 cups fresh spinach, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • ½ cup feta cheese, crumbled
  • ¼ cup fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions
