  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 3 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 pound fresh green beans (trimmed)
  • 1 tablespoon butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat grill to medium-high heat (375°F – 400°F).
  2. Pat chicken breasts dry and coat with olive oil.
  3. In a bowl, mix honey, Dijon mustard, apple cider vinegar, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Brush chicken with the honey mustard mixture, reserving some for basting.
  5. Grill chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side until internal temperature reaches 165°F.
  6. Meanwhile, boil salted water and cook green beans for 4-5 minutes until tender yet crisp.
  7. Drain beans and sauté in melted butter for 2-3 minutes.
  8. Let chicken rest briefly before serving with green beans and remaining sauce.
