  • 2 Cups Powdered Sugar
  • 1 ½ tsp Vanilla
  • ½ tsp Cinnamon
  • ½ tsp Maple Extract
  • ½ TBSP Coconut Milk

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together eggs, sugars, vanilla, pumpkin puree, and dairy-free milk until smooth.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix gluten-free flour, baking powder, xanthan gum, spices, and salt.
  4. Gradually combine the dry ingredients into the wet mixture until just blended; avoid overmixing.
  5. Fill a greased donut pan about two-thirds full with batter.
  6. Bake for about 20 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean. Let cool slightly before transferring to a wire rack.
