Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound ground turkey
  • 1 head cauliflower, chopped into small florets
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • ¼ cup chicken broth (optional)
  • Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, heat 2 tablespoons of butter over medium heat. Sauté the cauliflower florets for about 5–7 minutes until tender and golden brown. Remove from skillet and set aside.
  2. In the same skillet, melt the remaining butter and add the ground turkey. Cook until browned, about 5–6 minutes.
  3. Stir in minced garlic, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper; cook for another 2 minutes until fragrant.
  4. Return the sautéed cauliflower to the skillet; add chicken broth if desired. Simmer for an additional 3–4 minutes until heated through.
  5. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
