  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter (melted)
  • 5 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 medium onion (finely chopped)
  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella or cheddar cheese (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
  2. In a bowl, mix melted butter with minced garlic, thyme, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Optional: Sear chicken in a skillet for extra flavor.
  4. Spread rinsed rice evenly in the baking dish.
