  • 1 block cream cheese, softened
  • 10 oz. can diced tomatoes, drained
  • 15 oz. can chili starter
  • 2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp cumin
  • 1/2 medium white onion, diced
  • Frito's Scoops for serving

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375 degrees.
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the softened cream cheese, cooked meat, diced tomatoes, chili starter, onion, spices, and one cup of cheddar cheese until smooth.
  3. Transfer the mixture to a greased oven-safe skillet and top with the remaining cheddar cheese.
