  • 9 lasagna noodles
  • 1 cup cooked shrimp, chopped
  • 1 cup crab meat
  • 2 cups Alfredo sauce
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 tablespoon garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Boil salted water in a large pot and cook lasagna noodles according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine chopped shrimp, crab meat, ricotta cheese, half of the Alfredo sauce, and minced garlic. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Spread remaining Alfredo sauce on the bottom of a baking dish. Fill each noodle with the seafood mixture, roll it up tightly, and place seam-side down in the dish.
  4. Pour remaining Alfredo sauce over the roll-ups and top with shredded mozzarella and grated Parmesan cheese.
  5. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Cover with foil and bake for 20 minutes; remove foil and bake an additional 10 minutes until bubbly.
  6. Allow cooling slightly before serving. Garnish with fresh parsley.
