  • 2 cups dill pickle juice
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon paprika
  • 1 cup dill pickle ranch dressing, divided
  • Fresh dill for garnish

Instructions

  1. Marinate chicken in dill pickle juice overnight in the refrigerator.
  2. Combine salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika in a bowl. Coat marinated chicken with seasoning mix.
  3. Thread the seasoned chicken onto soaked wooden skewers.
  4. Brush half of the ranch dressing on the skewers.
  5. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F and arrange skewers inside without overcrowding.
  6. Cook for about 11-12 minutes, flipping halfway until chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F.
  7. Brush cooked skewers with remaining ranch dressing and garnish with fresh dill before serving.
