  • 2 tbsp fresh thyme, finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp fresh rosemary, finely chopped
  • 4 cups low-sodium chicken or vegetable broth
  • ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Prepare the bread by cubing it into bite-sized pieces and letting it dry out overnight.
  2. Sauté the diced onion and celery in melted butter over medium heat until tender (about 5-7 minutes).
