Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup unsalted butter (softened)
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup light brown sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup dark chocolate chips
  • 14 oz sweetened condensed milk
  • 3/4 cup fresh raspberries (semi crushed)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350F degrees and spray a 9×13 inch baking pan with non-stick baking spray.
  2. In a large bowl, cream softened butter until smooth, then mix in light brown sugar, flour, and salt to form a crumbly crust mixture.
  3. Press approximately 1 3/4 cups of the mixture firmly into the bottom of the prepared pan.
  4. Bake the crust for about 10-12 minutes until lightly golden.
  5. In a saucepan over low heat, combine sweetened condensed milk and dark chocolate chips until melted into a smooth filling.
  6. Pour the chocolate mixture over the baked crust evenly and sprinkle remaining crumb mixture, followed by semi-crushed raspberries and mini chocolate chips on top.
  7. Return to the oven and bake for an additional 20-30 minutes until set but soft in the middle. Allow to cool completely before cutting into squares.
