  • 4 ounces feta cheese, crumbled (about 115 g)
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)

Instructions

  1. Cook the gnocchi in boiling salted water until they float (about 2-3 minutes). Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large frying pan, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the gnocchi and cook undisturbed until crispy on one side (about 2-3 minutes).
  3. Flip the gnocchi and cook for another 2-3 minutes until golden brown all around.
  4. Reduce heat to medium and add minced garlic; sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  5. Stir in fresh spinach and cook until wilted (about 2-3 minutes).
  6. Season with salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes if desired. Mix well.
