  • 3 cloves garlic (minced)

  • 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice (about 2 lemons)
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup capers (rinsed and drained)
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley (chopped)

Instructions
