  • Plenty of olive oil

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, whisk together flour, yeast, and salt. Stir in warm water until a shaggy dough forms. Cover and let rise overnight.
  2. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Drizzle olive oil in a casserole dish.
  3. Transfer the risen dough into the dish, spreading it evenly and dimpling with fingers. Let rise for 2 hours.
  4. Decorate with fresh rosemary for branches, sliced pear for the trunk, and halved cherry tomatoes and pearl onions as ornaments.
  5. Sprinkle with coarse salt and bake for about 25 minutes until golden brown.
