  • 10 slices turkey bacon, diced
  • 3 cups shredded chicken
  • 1 oz package dried ranch dressing seasoning
  • 3 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 3 tbsp all-purpose flour
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 2 cups half and half
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1½ cups shredded Mozzarella cheese, divided
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese, divided
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 lb dry large elbow pasta

Instructions

  1. Boil the pasta until al dente; drain and toss with olive oil.
  2. Cook turkey bacon in a skillet over medium-low heat until crispy; set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, add chicken and ranch seasoning; stir for 2-3 minutes.
  4. Melt butter in the skillet; sauté garlic until fragrant. Whisk in flour, then slowly add heavy cream and half-and-half until thickened.
  5. Stir in Parmesan and half of the mozzarella/cheddar until melted; combine with pasta and chicken mixture.
  6. Transfer to a buttered baking dish, top with remaining cheeses and turkey bacon, then bake at 375°F (190°C) for 25-30 minutes.
