  • 2 tubes (13.8 ounces each) pizza dough
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon garlic (minced)
  • 2 cups mozzarella cheese (shredded)
  • 2 cups parmesan cheese (grated)
  • 2 cups rotisserie chicken (shredded)
  • 1 cup alfredo sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F and spray a large bundt pan with cooking spray.
  2. Cut each tube of pizza dough into ½-inch pieces, rolling each piece into small balls.
  3. Drizzle olive oil over the dough balls and mix in Italian seasoning, minced garlic, mozzarella, and parmesan until well coated.
  4. Layer half of the cheese on the bottom of the bundt pan followed by half of the dough balls, chicken, and alfredo sauce. Repeat layers with remaining ingredients.
  5. Bake for 45-50 minutes until golden brown and bubbly.
  6. Invert onto a plate after cooling for about 5 minutes. Enjoy!
