  • 3 chicken breasts, cubed
  • 1 pound pasta (penne or fettuccine)
  • 6 kaiser rolls
  • 1 jar alfredo sauce (15 oz)
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 34 teaspoons garlic and herb seasoning
  • 1/2 cup shredded parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Season chicken cubes with garlic and herb seasoning, salt, and pepper. Cook in olive oil over medium-high heat for 6-8 minutes until done.
  2. Boil salted water and cook pasta until al dente; drain well.
  3. Slice off the tops of kaiser rolls and hollow out the centers.
  4. Brush the insides of the rolls with melted butter mixed with garlic seasoning.
  5. Bake the rolls at 375°F for 4-5 minutes until lightly toasted.
  6. Combine cooked chicken with drained pasta and alfredo sauce.
  7. Fill each toasted roll with the chicken alfredo mixture and top with parmesan cheese.
  8. Return to the oven for another 4-5 minutes until cheese is melted.
