  • 1 (20 ounce) package refrigerated cheese tortellini
  • 8 ounces cremini mushrooms (sliced)
  • 3 tablespoons butter (divided)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon fresh sage (chopped)
  • 1 clove garlic (minced)
  • 1/2 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese
  • Salt & pepper (to taste)

Instructions

  1. Cook the tortellini according to package instructions in boiling water until al dente, about 5-7 minutes.
  2. While the pasta cooks, slice the mushrooms and chop the sage.
