  • 2 ½ cups whole milk
  • 1 ½ cups heavy cream
  • 1 cup vegetable broth
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon Slap Ya Mama® seasoning
  • ½ teaspoon ground mustard
  • ½ teaspoon turmeric
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 cups shredded white cheddar cheese
  • 2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 2 cups shredded beef brisket
  • ¼ cup beef broth
  • ¼ cup barbecue sauce

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta in a large pot according to package directions until al dente, then drain.
  2. In the same pot, combine milk, heavy cream, and vegetable broth; bring to a simmer.
  3. Gradually stir in both cheeses until melted and creamy.
  4. Mix in garlic powder, onion powder, Slap Ya Mama seasoning, ground mustard, turmeric, and black pepper.
  5. Let it simmer for 5-7 minutes while stirring occasionally.
  6. In a separate pot, heat shredded brisket with beef broth and barbecue sauce over medium heat until warm.
