  • 1/2 teaspoon white vinegar
  • 1/4 cup ice cold water

Instructions

  1. Prepare the crust by combining flour, sugar, and salt in a food processor. Add cold butter and pulse until crumbly. Mix egg, vinegar, and water; add to flour mixture until dough forms.
  2. Chill dough for 30 minutes. Roll out and fit into a pie plate; pre-bake at 375°F until lightly golden.
