  • ¾ cup granulated sugar
  • ⅓ cup light brown sugar (packed)
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter (melted)
  • ⅓ cup granulated sugar
  • ½ tsp ground cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F and prepare your bundt pan.
  2. Whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, and salt in a bowl.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix apple cider and applesauce (or apple butter).
  4. Cream softened butter with granulated and brown sugars until fluffy.
  5. Add eggs one at a time along with vanilla extract; mix until combined.
  6. Gradually incorporate dry ingredients alternately with the apple cider mixture.
  7. Pour batter into the prepared bundt pan and bake for 45-50 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
