  • 1 cup + 2 tablespoons cottage cheese (2% or 4%)
  • Optional: egg for brushing
  • Toppings like everything seasoning or sesame seeds

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix the flour and baking powder until well combined. Optionally add a pinch of salt.
  2. Create a well in the center and add the cottage cheese. Mix until it forms a chunky dough.
  3. Knead on a floured surface for 1-2 minutes until semi-smooth.
  4. Divide dough into four sections and shape into bagels.
  5. If using, brush with egg wash and sprinkle on toppings.
  6. Preheat air fryer to 300°F (150°C) and cook bagels for 15-17 minutes until golden brown.
  7. Let cool for at least 15 minutes before slicing.
